Kinesiology is a holistic, gentle form of energy medicine that blends a Western understanding of anatomy and physiology with traditional Eastern energy medicine.

 

We use muscle monitoring as a biofeedback technique to identify and balance the root causes behind your symptoms, including physical, emotional, spiritual and/or mental factors. By doing so, we promote the restoration of your body's normal self-healing mechanisms.

What to expect during a balance?

In each session, we discuss your symptoms and the areas in your life where you would like support, and use muscle testing to identify which issue we need to focus on first.

​

We then conduct a series of muscle tests to investigate the underlying causes related to this issue, whether they be emotional, biochemical, nutritional, neurological, energetic and/or structural. We are interconnected beings and all of these need to be addressed in order to achieve lasting results.

​

For example, headaches may be related to stress at work, cervical misalignments, imbalanced detoxification pathways, congested fascia and more.

​

​

Once all the relevant information has been identified, we then balance your energetic system using a range of techniques, which can include stimulating acupressure points, flower essences, meridian release, cranial sacral techniques, and sound therapy.

​

Some people feel changes immediately, while others take a bit longer.

 

Subtle changes typically continue to occur for 4 - 6 weeks after your balance as your body adjusts.
