Please fill out a client form and bring with you to your first session. If you don't have access to a printer, feel free to email it through or fill in when you arrive.


Wear something comfortable as you will remain fully clothed during the session.
Women please wear pants/shorts if possible.

Please do not wear perfume or any strong fragrances - the smell can linger and trigger asthmatics and those with chemical sensitivities

Note: Non-attendance will require that the full session fee to be paid.
